Other Relief Claims are claims that are not classified under Liquid or Unliquidated claims. These claims include:

A Generally Endorsed Writ is a summary of claims filed with the writ of summons when the Statement of Claim is not yet available. Generally, when a Writ of Summons is filed, the writ must be in Form 2 of the Rules of Court and is usually accompanied by an Endorsement of the Claim or a Statement of Claim so that a defendant is made aware of the claim against him.
