In the Representative Information section, the Represented by your Law Firm checkbox is marked by default

If the user is adding a party that is not represented by the Law Firm, unmark the Represented by your Law Firm checkbox.
Selected Law Firm as Representative
Select from the list the Law Firm representing the party. Upon selection, the Law Firm address will be displayed below the selection list and the Solicitor Information section will list all Solicitors from the selected Law Firm.

If the party is not represented by any Law Firm, select Unrepresented as the Law Firm.
