ePreparation forms can also be filed subsequently for Originating Summons (Family) cases with Mental Capacity Act as the Nature of Case.
To file a subsequent ePreparation form:
Go to the Search Case Page.
(Main Menu >> Case File)
Search Case Page
Enter the full or partial Case No, Case Name or Law Firm Reference No in the Keywords field.
Click Search. The Case Information Page will be displayed.
Case Information Page
Click the Documents tab to view the list of documents included in the case file.
