Law Firm Details Section

 

In the Law Firm Details section, enter the UEN, Organisation Name and Lawfirm Code in their respective fields.

 

 

 

 

Law Firm Address

 

Click Add to add a Law Firm Address. The Address Details window will be displayed.

 

Click the Edit link under the Action column to edit the Law Firm address. To remove an address from the list, mark the corresponding checkbox and then click Delete.

Enter the contact number and address details of the Law Firm. If the Law Firm has more than one office address, specify if the added address is the Mailing Address by marking the Mailing Address checkbox.

 

Once done, click Save. The contact and address information are now listed on the Law Firm Address list.

Administrator Details Section

 

Click Add.  The Add Administrator Details window will be displayed.

 

Click the Edit link under the Actions column to edit the Administrator details. To remove an Administrator from the list, mark the corresponding checkbox and then click Delete.

Enter information in the fields provided, and then click Save.  The Administrator details will be listed on the Administrator Details list.

GIRO Details Section

 

Click Add.  The Interbank GIRO Details window will be displayed.

 

Click the Edit link under the Actions column to edit the GIRO details. To remove an entry from the list, mark the corresponding checkbox and then click Delete.

Enter the GIRO details in the fields provided, and then click Save.

 

The user must add two GIRO details for the High Court and Subordinate Court respectively.

 

The added GIRO details will be listed on the GIRO Details list.

Subscription Details Section

 

Select the Subscription Plan from the dropdown list, and then enter the Law Firm Size (Number of Solicitors in the Firm), Remarks (if there are any) and specify there is a Justice Online.  The Law Firm Size will determine the fees and charges that the Law Firm would have to pay for using eLitigation services.
