The Case Information Repository (CIR) serves as the storage or stock room of all the documents filed by the Law Firms involved in the case. It also keeps track of the information added by the Court to a case file. These additional information are automatically appended to the relevant records in the CIR.
A case file automatically goes to the CIR after it has been created and filed. Authorized law firms, after it has joined a case, will be able to access the CIR as well.
Information stored in the case information repository is stored in accordance with the published data interchange standards so that the case information may be used to automatically fill in forms for subsequent transactions, including, but not limited to, further filings into eLitigation or for service on other law firms.
The CIR is divided into the following tabs:
Case Information - contains general information about the case
Party Information - contains details about the parties involved in the case
Document Information - contains all the documents pertaining to the case file
Hearing Information - displays the hearing history as well as upcoming hearings
History - shows the history of all the amendments made on the case and its relevant documents
