Click the Party tab to view the parties involved in the case. The Party Information page will be displayed.
Party Information
Party names may differ depending on the case type of the selected case. The Party tab shows basic information about the parties involved in the case. It also shows the Solicitor Name and contact details.
The Party tab shows the parties that the law firm of the user filed as well as the parties filed by other law firms.
Click the Party Name link to view more information about the party.
Parties filed by the user's law firm can be updated by the logged in user. Click the Edit hyperlink beside the party name. The Party Information page is displayed.
Update the editable fields found in the Party Information, Additional Information, Contact Information, Address Information and Solicitor Information.

Fields that are greyed out are fields that cannot be edited because the information in those fields are vital to the case. An amendment case or a court order is required to update information on greyed out fields. |
Once done, click Update. The edits are applied to the party.
