Any party who is dissatisfied with the outcome of a hearing in the Subordinate Courts, except for appeals from decisions of District Judges and Magistrates in Chambers, may file an appeal to the High Court under Order 55D. An appeal under Order 55D must be filed within 14 days from the date of making of the Order/Judgment appealed against by way of the following:
Notice of Appeal in Form 114
Form 115 (Certificate for Security for Costs) or Form 117 (Certificate for Security for Costs [By Way of an Undertaking]) to show that security has been provided for the Respondent's costs of the appeal
