Basis of Taxation
Specify if the basis of taxation is Standard or Indemnity, and then enter Remarks in the field provided.
Indicate if the basis for taxation is by Order of Court, Others or is Pursuant to Order 59 Rule 10.
If Order of Court is selected, click Add Order/Judgments. The Add Orders/Judgments Window will be displayed.
Enter the Order/Judgment details in the fields provided, and then click Save. The added Order/Judgment will be listed on the Orders/Judgment list.

Nature of Claim
Click Add to add the Nature of Claim. The Nature of Claim window will be displayed.

Mark the relevant Nature of Claim category checkbox and then click Save. The added Nature of Claim category will be listed on the Nature of Claim list.
Is Senior Counsel involved in the subject matter of the bill to be taxed?
Select Yes or No.
Click Save. The Step 2: Form Page will be displayed.
